Medieval Dynasty Update 184.108.40.206 has arrived, adding a third-person perspective to the game alongside an upgraded customization menu, a few new features, and more.
Render Cube and Toplitz Productions' Medieval Dynasty is an open-world survival crafting RPG with village management elements that first launched in Early Access last year. The game got its full release just over one year later and the devs laid out their plans for the future with a roadmap. Now, the first item on that roadmap -- a third-person perspective -- has been delivered (along with some other cool additions, too).
What's New in Medieval Dynasty Update 220.127.116.11?
The first major addition in Medieval Dynasty Update 18.104.22.168 is a new optional way to play the game -- you can now control the game's protagonist Racimir from a third-person perspective. As with most games, you'll be able to switch between this and the standard first-person perspective at will.
Also arriving in this update is the ability to access the game customization menu after you've started a game; previously, your game settings (such as difficulty, immortality, and the survival system) could only be decided at the start of a game and not changed after the fact.
Players are also getting some nice cosmetic updates ot the game. You can now sit on benches and stools that you own, and new furniture has been added including a wooden badger, bear, bird, rabbit, and wolf. And if you love those little wooden figurines from Sambor, you'll be able to buy them from him after finishing his story quest.
A bunch of other fixes and changes have arrived in this update; you can read about what's new in the full Medieval Dynasty Update 22.214.171.124 patch notes. If you haven't yet played this game, you can buy Medieval Dynasty for PC via Steam starting at $53.04 or your regional equivalent.
