What Are Cult of the Lamb Rituals?

Cult of the Lamb Rituals are events you can trigger within your Cult to produce special effects. You can make your Followers stay up for days, brainwash them to ensure their Loyalty, or even bring them back from the dead.

All Rituals have a cost and all Rituals have a Cooldown. Don't rely on Rituals alone to keep your Cult running; rather, they should be used as a supplement.

How to Unlock All Cult of the Lamb Rituals

A handful of the Cult of the Lamb Rituals are unlocked by progressing through the story. That said, most Rituals will have to be unlocked by selecting certain Doctrines.

Bonfire Ritual

• Cost - 10 Wood, 25 Bone
• Effect - Increases Fa ith by 30. 
• Unlocked by - Complete Faith of the Flock & Declare Doctrine Quests.

Sacrifice of the Flesh

• Cost - 75 Bone, 1 Follower
• Effect - Decreases Faith by 10 and increases your power like a Sermon.
• Unlocked by - Progress through the story.

Brainwashing Ritual

• Cost - 25 Menticide Mushroom, 10 Wood
• Effect - Ensures 100% Faith for 2 days.
• Unlocked by - Unlocking Spore Grotto and giving Menticide Mushrooms to Sozo.

Ritual of Resurrection

• Cost - 150 Bone
• Effect - Brings a dead Follower back to life. Mutually exclusive with Funeral.
• Unlocked by - Afterlife Doctrine II

Funeral

• Cost - 5 Camellia, 75 Bone
• Effect - Holding a Funeral for a dead Follower gives +20 Faith to your Followers. Mutually exclusive with Ritual of Resurrection.
• Unlocked by - Afterlife Doctrine II

The Glory of Construction

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Instantly finishes all in-progress Buildings. Mutually exclusive with Ritual of Enlightenment.
• Unlocked by - Work & Worship Doctrine III

Ritual of Enlightenment

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Increases Devotion generation speed at the Shrine by 20% for 3 days. Mutually exclusive with The Glory of Construction.
• Unlocked by - Work & Worship Doctrine III

Glory Through Toil Ritual

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Followers can work for 3 days and nights with no break. Mutually exclusive with the Holy Day Ritual.
• Unlocked by - Work & Worship Doctrine IV

Holy Day Ritual

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Give everyone the day off from work and gain +80 Faith. Mutually exclusive with the Glory Through Toil Ritual.
• Unlocked by - Work & Worship Doctrine IV

Alms for the Poor Ritual

• Cost - 50 Coins
• Effect - Increase the Loyalty of all Followers and gain +10 Faith. Mutually exclusive with Ritual of Enrichment.
• Unlocked by - Possessions III

Ritual of Enrichment

• Cost - 125 Bone
• Effect - Followers give you Coins.
• Unlocked by - Possessions III

Ascend Follower

• Cost - 75 Bone, 1 Follower
• Effect - Ascends a Follower to a higher plane of existence. They cannot be resurrected. Mutually exclusive with the "Murder Follower" Followers action.
• Unlocked by - Law & Order I

Ritualistic Fight Pit

• Cost - 75 Bone, 2 Followers
• Effect - Two Followers fight to the death, but you can choose if the loser lives or dies. Mutually exclusive with Wedding.
• Unlocked by - Law & Order II

Wedding

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Marry one of your Followers. Unlocks the ability to Smooch your Spouse, increasing their Loyalty. Mutually exclusive with Ritualistic Fight Pit.
• Unlocked by - Law & Order II

Loyalty Enforcer

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Designate a Follower as a Loyalty Enforcer; the Loyalty Enforcer will patrol the Cult and raise the Loyalty of Followers. Mutually exclusive with Tax Enforcer.
• Unlocked by - Law & Order IV

Tax Enforcer

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Designate a Follower as a Tax Enforcer; the Tax Enforcer will patrol the Cult and collect Coins from other Cult members. Mutually exclusive with Loyalty Enforcer.
• Unlocked by - Law & Order IV

Ritual Fast

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Followers will not eat or be hungry for 3 days. Mutually exclusive with Feasting Ritual.
• Unlocked by - Sustenance I

Feasting Ritual

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Refill the Hunger of your Followers and gain +25 Faith. Mutually exclusive with Ritual Fast.
• Unlocked by - Sustenance I

Ritual of the Harvest

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - All seeds become immediately ready for harvest. Mutually exclusive with Ritual of the Ocean's Bounty.
• Unlocked by - Sustenance III

Ritual of the Ocean's Bounty

• Cost - 75 Bone
• Effect - Catch 2x Fish and special Fish are more likely to appear for 2 days. Mutually exclusive with Ritual of the Harvest.
• Unlocked by - Sustenance III
