Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is the beginning of the 9th generation of Pokemon released for the Nintendo Switch. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will allow players to explore a fully open world filled with wild Pokemon to catch and interact with and returning trainer battles.
Players will be able to choose between three starter pokemon; Sprigatito the grass cat, Fuecoco the fire crocodile, and Quaxly the water duckling. The game boasts a number of new features including:
- A fully open world that can be explored as you like, there will be nothing locked by the story
- Play online with your friends, not only can you battle or trade online but you can also explore this open-world
- Each version will have a different professor
