Unsuur is a bit of an enigma. Quiet, reserved, and easy to miss - Unsuur is a member of the Civil Corps in Sandrock. There's not much known about him before he came to Sandrock, but he reports to Justice and you'll work with him a few times as you seek to keep the town safe.
