The upcoming My Time at Sandrock Knives Out update now has a release date. The update, which adds a marriage system, new story content, and lots more, is scheduled to arrive on April 12th, and there's a livestream happening just a few days before, giving you more information about what you can expect.
Over the past few weeks, Pathea Games has been teasing some of the content that's coming in Knives Out, including the new stories it'll tell, the dungeon you'll be able to explore, and the long-awaited marriage system. Pathea has repeatedly stated that Knives Out will have a mid-April release date, and now, we know exactly when that will fall.
That's not all the studio has to say, though. As well as announcing the update's release date, Pathea has also revealed that a livestream will be held on the Sunday prior to the update, which is April 9th. It'll take place at 9pm Eastern that day (6pm Pacific) and will revolve around all the upcoming content in the update. Your hosts will be one of My Time at Sandrock's writers and Twitch streamer WadeLady.
The Knives Out update will bring new story content to My Time at Sandrock, and Pathea says the team has "invested a significant amount of time and resources" into making sure that the game's narrative is special. You'll be uncovering some of the conspiracies that lie at the heart of the town of Sandrock, so get ready to don your deerstalker cap and grab your magnifying glass.
As well as new story, you'll also be able to take advantage of new machines and equipment that should make your farming process easier. Not only that, but the My Time at Sandrock marriage system is being (tentatively) introduced in this update. It won't be in its final state, but you'll be able to marry your sweetheart at last, which is nice.
