You interact with Justice several times throughout the course of the main story, initially venturing into the Gecko Station Ruins with him and helping the Civil Corps with projects for the town. You'll also get to help him with some disputes between townsfolk and preventing Grace from entering the Breach Hazardous Ruins, which can greatly earn his respect.
