It looks like the Lost Ark Ark Pass might be some kind of Battle Pass debuting in the future based on an icon shown in a recent official video from Smilegate.
Smilegate and Amazon Games are continuing their work with Lost Ark; most recently, new classes for April and May 2022 were revealed in a roadmap update and Abyss Raids debuted last month. That's not all, though -- it looks like a Lost Ark Battle Pass may be on the way.
What is the Lost Ark Ark Pass?
From what we know, the Lost Ark Ark Pass looks to be a progression-based unlock system for seasonal content. Yep, that's right -- it looks like a Lost Ark Battle Pass is probably on the way.
The Ark Pass was spotted in the corner of the above video at 1:07 as highlighted on the game's official forums. That same forum post included an image that appears to show the progress screen for the Ark Pass.
There's a lot of information buried in that screen. It looks like the Ark Pass will have "Premium" and "Super Premium" tiers. Strangely, the dates for unlocking some of these rewards are several months old, so it looks like this image is likely from an early internal test.
A Lost Ark Battle Pass is certainly interesting and it wouldn't be surprising. That said, take all of this with a grain of salt as usual -- we can't be certain that this will actually launch until Smilegate and Amazon Games make an official announcement. For now, you can join in on the fun by playing Lost Ark for free on PC via Steam.
