Enshrouded Storage Guide | How to Get Bigger Chests

You'll collect a ton of loot throughout your adventures in the world of Enshrouded. Aside from all of the resources you need, you'll find plenty of treasure and other equipment in the Shroud and other points of interest. In this guide, we'll tell you how to get storage and how it works!

How to Get Storage in Enshrouded

You can get storage after completing the first few Quests in the game. Once you've done that, you can place a Workbench and craft some basic storage.

Those smaller chests will do in a pinch, but they're not the best items you can get -- for that, you'll have to go to the Carpenter NPC. He can craft storage chests that are several times bigger than the basic ones that you can build by yourself in the Workbench.

The Carpenter also offers an option to create "Magic" Chests. These chests have a special function -- the items within can be used for crafting anywhere in your base, saving you the trouble of having to carry around loads of items in your Backpack.

How to Get Bigger Storage

You can get bigger storage by unlocking the Carpenter NPC. After that, you can gain access to larger chests by finding new ores and materials. You'll need Metal Sheets, then Bronze Bars, and finally Iron Bars to build larger chests.
