The 12th mainline addition to the Assassin's Creed franchise and the first made for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, Assassin's Creed Valhalla takes the series to the frozen north. Taking place in the year 873AD, during a war between England and Norway, you'll take the role of Eivor, a player customizable viking who finds themselves recruited into the ranks of the Assassins. You'll rain various settlements, lead armies to battle against the English, and build up a settlement that you'll be able to customize. Teaming up with your trusty pet raven, you'll explore an open world and find plenty to assassinate and pillage in this adventure
