Assassin's Creed Valhalla Eurvicscire Artifact

Eurvicscire, or Yorkshire for the modern man, is one of the later regions of Assassin's Creed Valhalla that you can journey to. With a recommended power level of 190, this is the most northern point of Britain that you can visit in the game. Now, on with the artifacts!

Assassin's Creed Valhalla Eurvicscire Artifact 1

To the southwest of Jorvik we have our first Roman Artifact. To get this one, you'll need to use an arrow to first shoot out the wooden floor in the Roman ruins. Next you'll come across a breakable wall. Instead of running around looking for a nonexistent flammable jar, what you'll want to do is stand back and throw a lit torch on the rainbow oil slick on the floor, which will then promptly combust and break the wall for you. After that, grab your artifact!

In the Petuaria Ruins you'll find, shockingly, not a Roman Artifact but a Treasure Hoard Map. Inside the ruins you'll find the map on top of a wooden platform at the same level as the roof, along with a few extra lootables for good measure. For those doing Wealth collection, the ruins also have a Book of Knowledge that you can snag at the same time while you're there. The map you pick up is the Eurvicscire Hoard Map.

East of Anlaf's lookout is your first curse break of the region! In our time going through this game, we've had ruins and we've had curses, but now, we have cursed ruins! It's very exciting. Luckily this one is quite easy to disarm, as you need to parkour your way up to the top of the ruins and then shoot the cursed talisman to clear the air and get Eivor back to standing up straight. As always, you don't actually get a physical artifact from breaking a curse, but it fills your Artifact bar on the map.

Next we head over to the southern part of Donecaestre (Doncaster, for those who know how to spell) to grab a Cosmetic Scheme. These show up on the map as Flying Papers and you'll have to chase them from the starting location around several obstacles before grabbing the paper before it resets back to the start, though you can try as many times as you need to. This one in particular starts on top of the guard tower next to one of the entrances into the village.

On the east side of Donecaestre you'll find a Roman Artifact. This one I found quite tricky to get due to the peculiar placement of the map marker in the area. While it looks like you need to climb the tower or find a sub-basement or something else equally peculiar, you do not. In fact, the solution is very simple, once you realize where it's pointing to, which is what I'm here to help with.

There is an area under the walkway across, a bit like a covered overpass, right in front of the tower. Head down there and make your way to the back wall, the one facing the tower. Slide under the barely noticeable gap in the wall and into a hidden room where you'll have to deal with some vipers before you can grab your artifact. One more down!

Artifact six is also in Donecaestre and this time you'll want to head over to the area by the stables. There's a Cosmetic Scheme/Flying Paper thereabouts that starts the chase in the middle of a tightrope hanging across the path. Hop on up and hop to it!

Assassin's Creed Valhalla Eurvicscire Artifact 7

To the northwest of Jorvik you'll find a curse that needs to be broken, and honestly, at this point I wonder why any of these people think curses are a good idea. Regardless, this one is in a ritual circle, and the talisman you need to break is underground behind a locked door. There's a nearby lake that's iced over, with two very dead men lying on it. Break the ice by the ritual circle, swim over to the area with the dead men, and loot the key for the door from the corpse of one of their stupid companions. If you're having trouble finding it, try using Odin Sight or marking it on the map with Synin. After that, it's a simple matter of unlocking the door and shooting the offending artifact.

To the northeast of where Dalby Forest is marked on the map you'll find your final artifact for the region and your final curse break. There's a massive tree in the center of the curse and the talisman is within its branches, but you're unable to reach it. In a circle around this tree are several other trees, bent outwards away from the center, that you are able to climb. Head up the one with the arrows stuck in it and you'll be able to get a clear shot to break the curse.
