How Spirittea Cooking Works
Spirittea Cooking can be broken down into three components: the Recipe, the ingredients, and the Cooking method.
Recipes must be purchased (or rarely, found). They tell you which ingredients go into a Recipe and how you Cook it.
As far as we can tell, there are always 3 ingredients in a Recipe -- no more, no less. Rarely, a Cooking Recipe will call for another piece of Cooked Food. For example, you'll need to Bake a Plain Cake in order to Bake a Carrot Cake.
Finally, there's the method. There are four methods: Bake, Boil, Ferment, and Fry.
Selecting an incorrect method or putting in the wrong ingredients will result in Junk, a useless item that probably isn't what you intended.
Cooked Food can be used to make Spirits happier, especially Lord Spirits. You don't want to just give any old food to a Spirit, though -- make sure to Dig up their Spirit Tomes to find out their favorite Foods!
How to Get More Cooking Recipes in Spirittea
You can get more Cooking Recipes in Spirittea by purchasing them from Song's Store when they're available. Additionally, you will rarely get Cooking Recipes while tracking down Lost Spirits.
The vast majority of Cooking Recipes must be purchased from Song's Store. However, the stock of Song's Store appears to be entirely randomized each day. There doesn't seem to be a way to predict what will be available for purchase, so make sure you check out her shop every day if you can!
