Forza 5 Bonus Boards XP Fast Travel

Forza Horizon 5 has 250 bonus boards that you can smash and destroy by running them over with your car. In doing so, you’ll obtain boosts to your progression. XP boards grant 1,000, 3,000, or 5,000 experience points. Meanwhile, each fast travel board that you destroy reduces the cost of fast travel by $200. By default, teleporting to another location would cost $10,000, but you can keep lowering this until the action is completely free. In any case, here’s our Forza Horizon 5 bonus board guide to help you with all the XP and fast travel boards in Forza Horizon 5.

Below, you’ll see several images of Forza Horizon 5’s world map, as well as the XP and fast travel boards that you can find. By default, these markers will only appear once you’re in the vicinity. However, we do have the Treasure Map DLC that shows all locations. You probably won’t need to buy it since we’ve got you covered.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Boards | What to expect while driving around

Generally speaking, you shouldn’t have a problem with most of the XP and fast travel boards in Forza Horizon 5. Many of them are readily seen as you’re driving around. There are a few cases that go against the grain:

  • If you’re driving along a bridge, the boards tend to be under it.
  • Some cliffsides do have these objects, too. You’ll want to make your way there and smash into them. Oh, and try to avoid using Photo Mode since it can cause your car to phase through the object without getting the tally done.
  • There are certain spots that are accessible with ramps.
  • Some locations, like stables, barns, or construction sites, have a board in between some obstacles. You can squeeze through gaps to reach them (seen in the image below).

Still, there are a select few that might stump you. We’ll enumerate some examples in the next section of our Forza Horizon 5 XP and fast travel boards guide.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board Squeeze
Some buildings have gaps that let you squeeze through with your car.

Some Hard to Reach XP and Fast Travel Boards | Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Boards

5,000 XP board (Airplane in Horizon Festival Mexico)

This requires you to complete the Horizon Rush Canyon Expedition first to unlock PR Stunts. This way, makeshift ramps will be constructed, allowing you to reach this board.

Forza 5 Bonus Board Airplain
Unlock PR Stunts so you can use ramps.

Fast travel board (Near Mulege/Casa Bella player house)

There are hills north of this area. Try to hit the edge of these slopes at around 160 kph to land on the rooftop with the fast travel board. You might overshoot your landing, so just rewind and redo it.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board - Near Player House
Get serious hangtime to reach this rooftop.

Fast travel board (Near Costa Rocosa)

You’ll want to drive up a hill just north of the house. Position your car so that you’re facing the board. Go in reverse, and stomp on that pedal so the slope causes your car to jump.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board Near Coasta Rocasa
Another big jump.

5,000 XP board (San Sebastian)

This object is on a rooftop. Climb the top of the hill behind the house to reach it.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board - San Sebastian
A short climb followed by a quick drop.

5,000 XP board (Cascadas de Agua Azul)

This one is hidden behind the waterfall.

Time for a swim?

5,000 XP board (South of Fuera del Camino Trail)

Like the other items, this, too, is on a rooftop. Look for a little slope in the grasslands to the south. Back up, then push the pedal to the metal. You might overshoot your landing, so just keep trying.

Who knew that a tiny slope would lead to a ridiculous jump?

5,000 XP board (The Eliminator/Valle de Las Ranas)

When you see the marker, loop around the hilltop. You can make your car jump to cross the gap, and hit the rock pillar. That should cause you to roll and crush the XP board.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board The Eliminator
You can hit the rock pillar next to the XP board to stop your momentum.

5,000 XP board (The Eliminator/Hotel Mirador Balderrama)

Drive to the road overlooking this hut. Then, drop down at around 50 kph so you don’t fall too far below.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board 7
Take the high road.

5,000 XP board (West of Lugar Tranquilo)

There’s a small construction area here. You should see a slope that you can use as a ramp.

Use the sand dune as a ramp.

5,000 XP board (Large building in Palacio Azul del Oceano)

Back up a bit so you can use the momentum while going downhill. You should be going at around 190 to 200 kph once you hit the slope. This will carry you all the way to the building’s rooftop.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board Large Building Beach
Another long jump.

5,000 XP board (Hotel balcony in Palacio Azul del Oceano)

Complete the Horizon Rush Canyon Expedition to unlock PR Stunts. A Danger activity should pop up slightly northeast of this XP board. It should let you zip through the air until you hit the balcony.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board Hotel Balcony
This one requires you to complete the Canyon Expedition first.

5,000 XP board (Sierra Verde Dam)

There’s a small slope that can be used as a ramp.

Forza Horizon 5 Bonus Board Ruined Building Lake
Use the ramp and hit the side of the building.

5,000 XP board (Electric tower northeast of Mulege/Casa Bella player house)

Similar to the other jumps we’ve done, we need a car that can gain a lot of speed as we go up the hill. You’ll be sent flying all the way to the electric tower.

Forza Horizon 5 Electric Tower Bonus Board
Run to the hills. Run for your lives.
