Team Ninja has announced the Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Conqueror of Jiangdong DLC release date.
The DLC, which is the second major expansion for the game after June's Battle of Zhongyuan pack, launches across all platforms on September 27th.
It will follow Sun Ce as he attempts to deal with the death of Sun Jian, so if you were wondering what the fallout of that event was, you'll get to find out soon.
As per the Wo Long roadmap, the DLC will offer new stages, difficulty levels, and weapon types, as well as new enemies to fight and a new endgame mode. Team Ninja promises the DLC will provide a "thrilling exciting experience" for both Wo Long experts and novices.

In its Conqueror of Jiangdong release date announcement, Team Ninja also confirms that a "new gameplay experience" will come to Wo Long each month.
These experiences span free updates, major balance adjustments, and DLC, as well as upcoming collaborations with sister franchise Nioh and upcoming Soulslike Lies of P.
If you haven't checked out Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty yet, it's a Soulslike hack-and-slash action game set during the end of the Chinese Han dynasty.
You'll battle your way through a series of fictionalized battlefields, meeting real figures from Chinese history (although I'm pretty sure that the real Zhang Jiao didn't turn into a lightning-infused demon).
As you play, you'll upgrade your character, unlock new weapons and skills, and revisit conquered battlefields for side missions in order to gain experience and become stronger.
Conqueror of Jiangdong is the second of three major Wo Long DLC packs that are planned for this year. The third, Upheaval in Jingxiang, is due to arrive sometime in December.
While you wait, Conqueror of Jiangdong launches for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox on September 27th. To get you up to speed, make sure to give our Wo Long guides a look so you can potentially make some of the game's incredibly tough bosses a little easier for yourself.
