Bandai Namco just released a free demo of its upcoming anime JRPG Sand Land ahead of the game's release.
The demo can be downloaded right now on Steam, the PlayStation Store, and the Microsoft Store, available respectively for PC, PS5 and PS4, and Xbox Series X|S.
It features a look at the game's exploration, combat, and vehicles, on top of the ability to enjoy the game's unique characters and world created by the beloved mangaka Akira Toriyama, who recently passed away.
If you need further encouragement to download and play the demo, those who try it will receive 30 B-grade steel and 30 B-grade bolts in the final game when ot released. They're components that can be used to upgrade vehicles, which play a central role in Sand Land.

Sand Land will be released on April 26, 2024, for PS5, PS4, Xbox Serie X|S, and PC via Steam.
If you're unfamiliar with the franchise, Sand Land is inspired by a manga by Akira Toriyama which debuted on Weekly Shounen Jump in 2000.
An anime movie was released in 2003 and a TV series simply titled Sand Land: The Series will air in spring 2024 exclusively on Disney streaming platforms, the fruit of a collaboration between Sunrise, Kamikaze Douga, and Anima.
