Today Honkai: Star Rail developer HoYoverse is releasing a new five-star character in the gacha of the popular sci-fi RPG.
Following the previous trailer that provided an introduction to Luocha, today we get a deep dive into his gameplay. He's going to be introduced in a few hours in the second Event Warp of update 1.12. If you're unfamiliar with him, he's a five-star Imaginary element Abundance character. He already appeared in the story, so you should at least have seen him before unless you have not advanced to that point of the main storyline.
He's voiced by Craig Lee Thomas in English and Akira Ishida in Japanese. You may know him for his roles as Cypher in Valkyrie Elysium, Kamisato Ayato in Genshin Impact, and the hero in Persona 3.

Honkai: Star Rail is a turn-based RPG that can be played for free in single-player mode. It's available for PC through a standalone client and the Epic Games Store, as well as on iOS and Android devices. Although the developers have announced that they are working on a PlayStation 5 port, no specific release date has been shared besides "Q4 2023" for now.
The game recently received the first major update, version 1.1 "Galactic Roaming," which is coming on June 7, 2023.
