Honkai: Star Rail developer HoYoverse introduced the next five-star character who will become available via the gacha in the second part of the Version 2.0 cycle.
Her name (or more precisely, nickname) is Sparkle and she's a member of the Masked Fool faction. She's also a quantum character following the path of the Harmony.
She will be introduced in a few days via the "Sparkling Splendor" Event Warp, alongside Hanya, Quinque, and Sanpo. Update 2/28/2024: it'll be available between February 29 and March 26 alongside a second Event Warp focusing on Jing Yuan.
In the trailer released today, she goes from very cute to making the typical Yandere face in about two minutes.
Sparkle is voiced in English by Lizzie Freeman and in Japanese by popular actress Reina Ueda, whom you may know for her roles as Ganyu in Genshin Impact and Akane Shinjo in SSSS. Gridman.

Incidentally, you still have a few days to try and unlock the previous new five-star character, Black Swan, before her Event Warp is replaced by Sparkle's.
Honkai: Star Rail is currently available for PC, PS5, iOS, and Android, and we recently learned that it has been downloaded a massive 100 million times.
While the game is free to play, it also features plenty of microtransactions for you to partake if you're interested in getting more out of it. Of course, currency (Stellar Jades) that can be used to get a better chance to unlock characters like Sparkle are among the best-sellers.
