Today Genshin Impact developer HoYoverse has opened the pre-download for its massively-anticipated turn-based RPG Honkai: Star Rail.
You can already download the game for PC via the developer itself and via the Epic Games Store, of the mobile version for iOS and Android. As usual, the initial download is fairly small, but then you'll be required to download the game's assets, which weigh about 12 GB on PC and 7 GB on Android. The different voice packs add a bit of variation to these numbers.
After you do that, you'll be ready to play when the game launches on April 26. Do keep in mind that ports for PlayStation platforms are also in development, but they won't be available immediately.
Incidentally, pre-registrations have reached an absolutely massive 10.5 million at the moment of this writing, which three days before launch is quite flattering.
Yet, this is not all, as a new trailer has been released, featuring the playable character Seele. Toward the end, we also take a look at another character, Bronya.
Seele is a Quantum-type five-star character fighting with a massive scythe. She's a member of Wildfire voiced by Molly Zhang in English, while her English voice is Mai Nakahara. You may know her for her roles as Yui Takamura in Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse, Nakoruru in Samurai Shodown, Akagi in Azur Lane, Estellise in Tales of Vesperia, Nagisa Furukawa in Clannad, and more.
You can check the trailer in English out below. If you'd rather hear Nakahara-san's voice, you can watch the Japanese trailer.
If you'd like to see more, you can check out the character trailers revealed in the past few weeks including Yanquing, Bailu, Himeko, and Gepard.
