There are a few things about Bethesda games that never change, and one of them is the abundance of adult-oriented and nude mods. Starfield is no exception. So, if you're looking for a Starfield Nudity mod...you're now in luck.
While the game is still in early access and Bethesda has not even implemented official mod support yet, the first nude mods have already been released.
At the moment you can find the first not-safe-for-work one for female characters on Nexus Mods alongside a slightly safer details-less "Barbie & Ken"-style one.
They're both created by user Thepal, and Bethesda veteran may actually recognize the name, as they're the author of the first nude mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, all the way back in 2011. As I said, some things never change.
It's worth mentioning that the mods are fairly primitive for now, as the lack of mod support means that the 3D models and normal maps haven't been changed, and the effect is achieved exclusively with textures.
That being said, it's a start (and a pretty much inevitable one at that), and with many coming straight from Baldur's Gate 3 while horny on main, it'll have to do.
It's worth mentioning that the exploration done to create this kind of mod paves the way to other, safer-for-work modding endeavors, like the ever-popular fashion mods.
How Do You Install the Starfield Nude Mods?
- Download (only one) of the files from the URLs above.
- Extract the Data folder in the Documents\My Games\Starfield folder, which should already have a Data Folder.
- Download the StarfieldCustom.ini file also available on Nexus Mods.
- Extract it in the Documents\My Games\Starfield folder to enable mods.
That's all you need to do. After you get back in the game, you can remove your outfit, and your characer's underwear will have been removed.
Of course, we can expect much more sophisticated nude mods, with entirely custom body models (including for males) to be created down the line, but we'll have to wait.
