With Genshin Impact Version 4.0 around the corner and Honkai: Star Rail that just got a new gacha, HoYoverse released a double ration of trailers about the new characters.
First of all, we get to take a look at Lyney, one of the three new characters coming with Genshin Impact's version 4.0. He's also one of the characters hailing from the brand-new region of Fontaine alongside Lynette, and Freminet (who will come in the second gacha of the update).
He's voiced by Daman Mills in English and Hiro Shimono in Japanese, whom you may know as Rex in Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
You can check out Lyney below while you wait for his gacha to become available with the update on August 16.
On the Honkai: Star Rail side of things, we get a trailer featuring Luka, the new character released earlier today alongside Kafka.
This is a more extensive introduction of his gameplay, and you can watch it below.
If you're unfamiliar with Genshin Impact, it's available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android.
A Nintendo Switch version has been announced a while ago, but HoYoverse has been very quiet about it and has not said anything since despite confirming multiple times that it hasn't been canceled.
Honkai: Star Rail is a free-to-play turn-based RPG currently available for PC via a standalone client and the Epic Games Store, on top of iOS and Android devices. HoYoverse has already announced that it will release a PlayStation 5 port, but no specific release date has been shared besides "Q4 2023" for now.
