Today HoYoverse started the usual cycle to introduce the main new character coming with the next version update of its popular action RPG Genshin Impact, Xianyun.
Xianyun is a five-star anemo character and a catalyst user. On top of that, she's the human form of the Cloud Retainer.
She will be released as the new version 4.4 "Vibrant Harriers Aloft in Spring Breeze" launches on January 31.
She'll be available within the event wish "The Crane Soars Skyward" alongside the other new character, four-star pyro user Gaming.
She's voiced in English by Stephanie Panisello, whom you can hear below albeit Xianyun herself doesn't speak all that much in the trailer. Her Japanese voice actress is Mana Nakatomi, whom you can listen to in the Japanese trailer on the official YouTube channel.

As a bonus we also get another trailer showing three costumes that will come with the new version for Xinqiu, Shenhe, and Ganyu.
Genshin Impact is currently available for PS5, PS4, PC, iOS, and Android. It's a free-to-play game, so you can enjoy it without spending a dime, while those who want to partake in microtransactions have a ton of options for that as well.
