Sega released a brand-new gallery of screenshots and details of Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, showing some of its features.
We start by taking a look at the "Castle," a place that is unknown to ordinary people and has a fighting arena as its main attraction to entertain VIPs.
There are 1v1 "Tournament" fights, the Zigoku Battle Arena which is basically a survival mode in which you have to fight waves of enemies, the Special Event Matches with special rules, and the Zigoku Team Rumble, which are group fights.
You can recruit your Kiryu's friends to fight in the Zigoku Team Rumble and you need to organize and train your team, assigning the most suitable fighters to different roles like front line or support.
We also see the Fighter's Lounge, where you can meet your companions and deepen your ponds with them. It's an important place where the fighters can relax.
Incidentally, the Castle is where you'll be able to enjoy the Legendary Fighters Pack pre-order bonus including Daigo Dojima, Goro Majima, and Taiga Saejima. They're also showcased in the screenshots in action.
Next, we take a look at the Cabaret Club, which features the five winners of the audition including popular YouTuber and Vtuber Kson who was the overall winner and also earned herself a role in the next mainline game, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
This time around, this feature is a little different as the five girls will appear in live-action cutscenes, but you'll still have to charm them with the right answers depending on their personality to get a glimpse of their "special side."
We then move on to one of the coolest minigames in the series, Pocket Circuit, which is Like a Dragon's version of Tamiya's popular Mini 4WD. You can customize your car with more depth than ever before and compete in new modes like Time Attack and Rival Match, which lets you challenge people you meet in the city.
We also hear that the game has a completely new Karaoke song, titled "Sayonara Silent Night." Incidentally, we see that you can enjoy the feature in the company of Akame.
Another cool feature is the ability to completely change Kazuma Kiryu's look with plenty of different clothes and accessories.
More minigames include the classic Arcades and a Sega Master System console where you can enjoy classic games. The former will Fighting Vipers 2 and Sega Racing Classics 2, while the latter will get Galaxy Force and Flicky.
Darts also make a comeback. Thanks to a collaboration with the real-life manufacturer Dartslive, we'll be able to enjoy their latest machine Dartslive3, including a new rule, Center Count-Up.
You can enjoy all the screenshots below.
