Today the South Korean publisher of Final Fantasy XIV released a rather special music video dedicated to the game.
The video focuses on the theme song of the latest expansion "Endwalker" titled "Flow." Yet, differently from the versions we're used to, this one is performed in Korean by popular local singer and songwriter Kim Yoon-ah, also known as the vocalist of the rock band Jaurim.
Of course, on top of the footage from the performance, the video also associates the music with nostalgic images from the expansion, which will certainly bring back memories among many fans.
You can check out the video below.
Final Fantasy XIV is currently available for PC, PS5, and PS4. After its fourth expansion "Endwalker," the game currently counts 27 million registered accounts worldwide. The successful MMORPG has recently received the major 6.4 update "The Dark Throne," while new details about its next expansion are expected for the North American fanfest in July.
A few days ago, producer and director Naoki Yoshida teased the possibility of a collaboration with Final Fantasy XVI. On top of that, Square Enix has made the highly-anticipated third volume of the popular book series Encyclopaedia Eorzea available for pre-orders.
