Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.3 Mount Guide header.

Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.3 brings a number of new mounts for you to collect, though many will take a lot of time (or Gil) to acquire. In our Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.3 Mount Guide, we’ll go over every mount that has been added so far as part of the latest update.

Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.3 Mounts

Lynx of Righteous Fire
This is the latest Lynx available in Endwalker, obtained as a rare drop when completing the trial Mount Ordeals (Extreme). The regular version of the trail is unlocked during the Patch 6.3 main story quests. Once completed, you can head to the Wandering Minstrel in Old Sharlayan at X: 12.7, Y: 14.3 to unlock the Extreme version.

While you currently have to rely on RNG to get this mount, you’ll eventually be able to trade 99 Flamecloaked Archfiend Totems (you get 2 per completion of the trial) to the NPC Nesvaaz in Radz-at-Han at X: 10.6, Y: 10 for the Lynx of Righteous Fire. In addition, the final patches of Endwalker will likely also introduce an extra mount that is obtained by having every Lynx.

Logistics Node
This mount is available via the PvP Series 3 pass. Unlike Series 2, which had the mount at Series Level 25, you only have to reach Series Level 15 to get the Logistics Node. As a side note, while PvP is not level restricted (your level is synced upon entering a PvP instance), it is restricted to paid accounts only.

Blackjack
The Blackjack is here for anyone that has been hoarding MGP in the Manderville Gold Saucer over the years. Costing a whopping 4,000,000 MGP, this sizable mount can be obtained via the Gold Saucer Prize Attendant NPC in the Gold Saucer at X: 5.1, Y: 6.7. The Blackjack is listed under Prize Exchange III, underneath the previously added mounts.

Island Alligator
Another mount for the hoarders out there, this time for Island Sanctuary. Costing 35,000 Seafarer’s Cowries, you’ll also have to reach Sanctuary Rank 12. While you can grind out gathering materials to level up, the simpler way is to just set up your workshops, and gather drops from your animals and crops each day. While this will take more days, it also doesn’t use up much of your time, letting you work on other content.

Anden III
This is the final reward for completing the newest Custom Delivery content. You can unlock the Custom Delivery client Anden by talking to the Supplicant Sheep NPC in The Crystarium at X: 9.3, Y: 11.3. As with other Custom Deliveries, you’ll have to accept this quest and complete deliveries as a gathering or crafting class. For Endwalker Custom Deliveries in particular, the class you use also has to be Level 80 or higher.

You can only hand in 6 deliveries to Anden per week, meaning that maxing out their satisfaction level, and getting the mount in turn — will take 4 weeks.

Magitek Avenger G1 and Chrysomallos
If you’re rolling in Gil and need something to spend it on, then the Magitek Avenger G1 and Chrysomallos mounts are here for you. Part of the golden mount collection, each one costs an eye-watering 50,000,000 Gil from the NPC Edelina in Mor Dhona at X: 22.1 Y: 4.8.

Paetheon and Pinky
Both the Paetheon and Pinky mounts can be obtained via the NPC Nesvaaz in Radz-at-Han at X: 10.6, Y: 10. However, each requires 3 specific tokens found via Level 90 treasure dungeons — 3 Burning Horns for Paetheon, and 3 Exciting Tonic for Pinky.

Burning Horns are obtained from the Shifting Gymnasion Agonon which is a rare Timeworn Ophiotauroskin Maps instance, while Exciting Tonic is obtained from the Excitatron 6000, the rare Timeworn Kumbhiraskin Maps instance.

And those are all the new mounts currently obtainable in Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.3. We'll update this guide with any mounts that are added during future smaller 6.3x patches.
