Elden Ring, an action RPG from Dark Souls developers FromSoftware, and published by Bandai Namco, is pairing the acclaimed developers with award-winning and famously sadistic writer George R.R. Martin, creator of the worldwide cultural phenomenon Game of Thrones, from his books originally titled A Song of Ice and Fire.
It is expected to be FromSoftware's most expansive game that they have released so far, in their patented action-RPG style most are familiar with. With a vast, expansive world and massively impressive visuals already promised. Given that George RR Martin is famous for his own massively sprawling fantasy world in Game of Thrones, this seems like a natural creative pairing for both parties involved.
A Deluxe Edition of Elden Ring is also available for purchase, containing a digital artbook and digital soundtrack along with the game and other pre-order bonuses. Elden Ring will be available for the PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S and X.
Rise, Tarnished, and be guided by grace to brandish the power of the Elden Ring and become an Elden Lord in the Lands Between.
