About Robert Grosso

A longtime player of games, creator of worlds, and teacher of minds. Robert has worked many positions over the years, from college professor to education coordinator in his day job, while being a semi-professional dungeon master at night. All in between, Robert is a lover of games, especially the RPG and Strategy genres, and an advocate for game history, preservation, and continued recognition of gaming as an essential piece of historical media. 

Robert has written professionally since 2010, when he joined the website Angry Bananas for a short time, before transitioning into Blistered Thumbs. He returned to writing for games back in 2015, when he joined up with TechRaptor. Robert brought many innovations to the earlier days of TechRaptor, such as his Character Select and Gaming Obscura series, and now focuses heavily on features and reviews when able. 

Robert has also recently taken up streaming on his own personal twitch channel, PartyGoblins, playing all manner of games when he is able to find the time.
