Bandai Namco has officially revealed Leo Kliesen, the newest fighter to make their way to the Tekken 8 roster.

Technically speaking, Leo was revealed alongside a number of other fighters during the Gamescom Opening Night Live ceremony earlier this year.

However, the fighter now has their own gameplay trailer showing off their agile moves and stylish aesthetic, so if Leo is going to be your main, this trailer's for you.

Leo is making a flashy return to Tekken 8.

In the new trailer, we get to see Leo's flashy combos as they face off against Jin Kazama, who's rather gamely taking a beating from the German Baji Quan user.

Eventually, Leo's opponent switches to new character Azucena, who threatens to teach Leo "the strength of a coffee queen".

Naturally, Azucena doesn't succeed in her mission, as Leo's high-flying fighting style wins the day. Hey, it is their trailer after all, right?

Leo's ultra-flashy Rage Art closes out the trailer. We get to see them firing a grappling hook into the air, then swinging down and delivering a mighty kick, followed by a powerful blow from their elbow.

Leo is the latest in a long line of characters to get dedicated Tekken 8 gameplay trailers.

Others released so far include new characters Reina, who was designed by Bayonetta artist Mari Shimazaki, and Victor Chevalier, who's voiced by French actor Vincent Cassel.

Of course, plenty of old Tekken hands have received their own gameplay trailers as well, including Nina Williams, Kazuya Mishima, and Jin Kazama, among many others.

As well as bringing back old fan favorites, Tekken 8 will also seemingly feature single-player content akin to the classic Tekken Force mode, and for an extra blast from the past, Tekken Ball is coming back as well.

Tekken 8 is set to launch for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on January 26th.
