The release of Genshin Impact version 3.5 is coming soon, and a new trailer shows its new character Dehya in action.
We get to see the beautiful and most definitely fiery Dehya as she takes care of a bunch of intruders. Despite the gentle disposition we saw in the previous trailer, she's definitely not the kind of girl you want to piss off, lest you find yourself on the wrong side of her claws, flames, and massive greatsword.
She is a Pyro character (obviously) and she'll be available day and date with the update on March 1 within the "Auric Blaze" gacha banner. Of course, you'll need to get lucky to unlock her.
She's voiced by Amber May in English and Ayaka Fukuhara in Japanese. You may know her for having voiced Manon in Street Fighter 6 and Anastasia Palma in Sakura Wars.
You can watch the trailer below and the version in Japanese if that's your preference.
"A lioness's mane and tail glare radiantly in the scorching light. Pure gold and crimson sand shine alike in the sun's searing gaze."
The new update, numbered 3.5 and titled "Windblume's Breath," comes on March 1. In the meanwhile, we already know the characters that will come with 3.6, Baizhu and Kaveh.
If you're unfamiliar with Genshin Impact, it's currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android. A Nintendo Switch version has been announced a long time ago, but HoYoverse has gone under the radar with it and has not said anything since despite confirming multiple times that it hasn't been canceled. We'll have to wait and see if 2023 will finally be the year of Genshin on Nintendo's console.
