Today Genshin Impact developer HoYoverse revealed two new playable characters that will join the cast of the popular action RPG down the line.
The first new character is Charlotte, a reporter for Fontaine's newspaper Steambird. Her title is "Lens of Verity" and her vision is Cryo.
Her constellation is Hualina Veritas and players should be already plenty familiar with her since she already appeared in the story.
The second new character is Furina, defined as "Regina of All Waters, Kindreds, Peoples and Laws."
Her gnosis is Hydro and her constellation is Animula Choragi. Her title is "Endless Solo of Solitude."
It's worth mentioning that neither will come with the next update 4.1, which will include Neuvillette and Wriothesley as new characters when it launches on September 27 and with its second event wish down the line.
If HoYoverse's modus operandi is any indication, Charlotte and Furina will be added with an update further down the line, most likely 4.2.
Genshin Impact is currently available for PS5, PS4, PC, iOS, and Android. HoYoverse announced a Nintendo Switch version a long time ago, and despite reassurances that it's still coming, we haven't heard anything about it since forever.

Incidentally, one of its most interesting points is the differences compared to Genshin Impact itself and the other big game by HoYoverse, Honkai: Star Rail.
