Our Paleo Pines Cooking Guide will tell you how to unlock Cooking, how Cooking works, and how you can unlock more Cooking Recipes!

Farming can be used for a lot of things in Paleo Pines such as feeding your Dinosaurs a treat or just selling it for cash. However, there's a conspicuous lack of Cooking at the start of the game. A Cooking mechanic does exist, but you'll have to complete some Quests to unlock it -- read on to learn more!

How to Unlock Cooking in Paleo Pines

You can unlock Cooking in Paleo Pines by completing a series of quests from Granny Agami, starting with the Quest "Grow Granny's Carrots." Once you complete that Quest, you'll get another one asking you to grow different Crops.

After a few of these Quests, Agami will give you back the produce you just handed her along with the ability to use the Cooking Pot.

How Paleo Pines Cooking Works

Paleo Pines Cooking is pretty straightforward; here's what you need to do.

  1. Go to the Cooking Pot in Veridian Valley.
  2. Interact with the Cooking Pot and select your Recipe.
  3. Cook your Food!

It's that easy. Sadly, Cooked Food doesn't appear to restore Stamina -- but it does give you a special buff for a short time.

Partial Recipes mean you're on the right track, but you'll still need to experiment to find all of the correct ingredients.

How to Unlock More Cooking Recipes in Paleo Pines

There are two ways to unlock more Cooking Recipes in Paleo Pines:

  1. Experiment until you unlock a new Recipe
  2. Get a Recipe as a reward from a Quest

You'll get your first two Recipes as a reward for unlocking Cooking. After that, though, you're going to have to grow a bunch of Crops and try different combinations
