Are Resources Renewable in The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria?
Yes, most Resources are renewable in The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria. While some sources of materials -- such as large Ore Veins and old Buildings -- are gone for good once you destroy them, plants and other objects will eventually respawn.
Keep in mind that some Resources are pretty rare. Black Diamonds, for example, can be pretty difficult to find. You can always dismantle old Buildings to recover some of the Resources you've used. (Unfortunately, there is no way to "un-Craft" items.)

You can get Hide Scraps by killing smaller animals such as Wolves throughout Moria.

You can get Ironwood by Enchanting any Axe with the "Yarog-luthnul" Rune at the Rune Table; you'll need to find Emeralds to unlock this Rune. Once Enchanted, hitting trees with this Axe gives you a chance to get Ironwood.
Ironwood can also be found by destroying some (but not all) furniture in the ruins of Dwarrowdelf and beyond.
