Animal Well Figurines Guide - All Locations

Hunting through Animal Well you'll find all manner of interesting items such as usable tools, collectible eggs, and cleverly hidden bunnies. One collectible that you'll also happen to pick up along the way are Statues. In this guide, we'll cover how to obtain all of the statues in Animal Well.

An interesting aspect of the Statues is that they're persistent across all save files, this will be important as there are a number of statues that will be impossible to get in your first playthrough.

We have broken up the list of obtainable statues below into ones that you'll need to obtain by starting new games, as well as ones you can obtain at any time.

Speedrun and Special Completion

Normal Speedrun

Three Statues can be obtained by reaching the giant clock at the end of the game in a specific amount of time. It's recommended that you obtain and enable the Stopwatch item before you attempt any of these challenges.

Owl Figurine - Reach the clock in 5 hours

Figurine - Reach the clock in 90 minutes

Cat Figurine - Reach the clock in 30 minutes

Space Speedrun

Three more Statues can be obtained by reaching the giant clock hidden outside of the well in the secret ending of the game. There are more requirements to meet to reach the secret ending of the game but if you've followed our 30-minute Speedrun Guide and have a save where you've reached the first clock in even 45 minutes then reaching the required times of this clock should be easy.

Figurine - Reach the second clock in 7 hours

Figuring - Reach the second clock in 4 hours

Donkey Figurine - Beating the game in 90 Minutes

Deathless Run

Souvenir Cup - You can obtain this reward by completing the game with 0 deaths.

This might seem like a daunting process but there's very little in Animal Well that will actually kill you and if you do happen to die you can quit out of the game and reload from your previous save.

In order to reach the end of the game as fast as possible I recommend checking out our Speedrun Guide for what we've found to be the most streamlined route from start to finish.

Special Figurines

Peacock and Otter Figurine - These figurines are obtained by reaching the Tamagotchi below a certain number of steps.

You can find the Tamagotchi to the far right of the house at the end of the game, further to the right of the top of the well use the Top to dig out a path in the ground to gain access. The first time you enter the Tamagotchi you should be able to obtain the Pedometer which should let you see your steps.

If you have walked too many steps already a fence will block you from gaining access to certain chests, that number will roll around at 99,999. Return here when you have less steps to get the Peacock and Otter Figuring.

If you return here with less than 100 steps there's another secret that you can encounter.

Duck Figurine - You can obtain the Duck Figurine by playing the chord progression of Pachelbel's Canon on the Animal Flute. This is a reference to the pre-release ARG for Animal Well where this chord progression was an answer to one of the many secrets.

The chord progression is: 1 -> 5 -> 6 -> 3 -> 4 -> 1 -> 4 -> 5

Oragami Figurine - You can obtain this Oragami Figurine by completing the requirements for spawning the Oragami Hidden Bunny.

mama cha - This Statue can be found in the room with the Dog Bowl. If you investigate the grass growing out of the dog bowl try to see if there's something familiar about it.

Once you decipher that you'll get access to a new space with a chest and this figure.

One more Figure has been found but the method for obtaining it was discovered by those using cheat tools in the game. At the moment the correct method for discovery is unknown but potentially tied to the Collectors Edition of the game. The Figure and how to obtain it is listed below.

Rabbits Fig. - Play the following code on your flute - Down Right -> Down Left -> Down -> Left -> Upper Right -> Left -> Up -> Upper Left and you will be teleported to a room with a large statue of a rabbit.

Above teh Rabbit is a chest in a small room and a number of platforms with symbols hidden that can be revealed by UV light. These symbols provide a code to get into the chamber where the chest is with the Rabbits Fig.

The flute code to get into the chest is Down Right - Right - Down Left - Down - Up Right - Up - Left - Up Left. With the reward for completing BDTP you can easily get inside.

Once you are done with this area you can leave by replaying the song you originally played to get in.

At the moment there are at least two Figurines that are still out in the wild but we'll be sure to update our guide as we find the last few.
