Wizard with a Gun is an action-adventure game that challenges you to rewind time and save the world from the forces of chaos before it's obliterated. A magical God Machine called "The Wheel" can roll back time to before the world's destruction, but you'll need to hunt down its missing Gears to uncover more of the obliterated surface.
You'll start the game with a simple wooden magical pistol. As you restore more of a broken world, you'll be able to upgrade to a wider variety of guns including Machine Wands, a Wanderbuss, and a Carbine, each of which suits a different style of play.
A gun isn't much without bullets, of course, and Wizard with a Gun gives you access to a wide range of magical munitions. You can, for example, freeze enemies with Cold Bullets or drain their health over time with Poison Bullets. This elemental ammo can be used in devastating combos, too -- you could coat the ground with Oil Bullets and then set it ablaze with fiery Burning Bullets.
These powerful magic guns aren't just fun, they're a necessity -- you only have a handful of minutes to survive in the world of Wizard with a Gun. When time runs out, magical chaos energy will fall from the sky and literally destroy the land around you, giving you only a few moments to escape through a mystical Doorway and get back to your base in the Tower, a magical realm that is protected from the apocalypse.
Ultimately, you'll be challenged to recover all of the Gears for the Wheel across four distinct biomes, each of which has its own deadly enemies and environmental hazards. Finish rebuilding the world and confront the Harbinger of Chaos to bring an end to the apocalypse before it destroys the world!
