Cassette Beasts is a unique blend of JRPG mechanics and monster-taming combat with 3D pixel art. After being brought to an island called New Wirral (loosely based on the Sir Gawain and the Green Knight Middle English tale), players are tasked with finding their way off the island. On the way, they'll encounter plenty of friends and foes and discover just how powerful human thoughts can be. With over 120 monsters to catch, fuse together, and battle with, there's a new adventure to be had on every journey.
Cassette Beasts releases for PC on April 26, 2023. It wall also be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S at a later date. The PC release will support Handheld mode for the Steam Deck, and there is controller support.
