Asemblance: Oversight is the kind of game for someone who enjoys ARGs and tearing a piece of art apart to understand it, and it does that well. Everyone else may have trouble finding much to care about.

While still an enjoyable game to play, Runner3 has serious balancing issues. I little bit of polish here and there would have seen frustrations turn into a lot of fun.

Spartan Fist is all sizzle and no steak. It looks the part, and your initial fisticuffs are invigorating. However, that fun is fleeting thanks to the gameplay's repetitive nature and sloppy execution.

The Council's second episode, Hide and Seek, seems to do everything wrong. The puzzles are obtuse and don't make use of the game's RPG elements, the plot's forward momentum is totally killed, and it's way too short.

Omensight's story is extremely entertaining and it has some fun combat to back it up. Just be ready to repeat the same segments a couple of times.

City of Brass starts off strong, with innovative mechanics and an impeccable presentation that continues to impress. As long as you're not expecting an endless adventure, this first-person roguelike is well worth playing.

It may be a case of style over substance, but Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is still the perfect way to experience the Far Cry formula as it stands now. The game trades bloated systems and overwrought dialogue with a hammy narrative that knows exactly what it's doing.

Metropolis: Lux Obscura combines boring gameplay with a story that genuinely feels both racist and sexist. It's not a great combination.

While I wish it was longer than it is, Crisis on the Planet of the Apes provides some fun gunplay and neat climbing mechanics. Easily one of the best VR movie tie-ins.

Extinction's core gameplay loop is alright for what it is, but it doesn't support the rickety structure built on top of it. Boring story beats, repetitive voice clips and randomized missions make me classify this campaign as obsolete.

Island Time VR barely works correctly, and it's an extremely shallow survival game that is often annoying when it does.

Fans will love Kirby Star Allies' cameos from every corner of the franchise, and new players will find the platforming imminently approachable. While this adventure may not be as deep as some of Kirby's 3DS outings, it sure does bring the joy.
