Today Creative Assembly released a brand new and extensive gameplay video of the upcoming strategy game Total War: Pharaoh.
This time around, we take a look at the two Canaanite leader and their factions. We already saw plenty of the warlike Irsu in his introduction trailer and gameplay video, but today we get to see even more.
On top of that, we also take a look at the other Canaanite leader, who is pretty much the complete opposite of Irsu. Bey is a diplomat who is much closer to the Egyptian ways and uses subterfuge more than naked force.
We also get to see the special Canaanite troops, which usually use medium armor. On top of that, Irsu and Bey also have their own specific forces.
You can check out the video below.
Total War: Pharaoh will release exclusively for PC on Steam and Epic Games Store in October 2023. A precise release date has not been shared just yet. If you'd like to see more, you can enjoy the original reveal, the first gameplay, a recent development diary, another video about the Egyptian factions, and one about weather, chariots, and more.
If you prefer a less historical setting, an extensive roadmap for updates for Total War: Warhammer 3 has been revealed a few weeks ago. While Pharaoh is coming out this year, Creative Assembly still intends to continue supporting its popular rendition of Games Workshop's fantasy IP for a long time, well into 2024 and even beyond.
