Creative Assembly and Sega have announced the three Legendary Lords you'll get if you pick up Total War: Warhammer 3's upcoming Thrones of Decay DLC.
The DLC will add new Lords for the Empire, the Dwarfs, and Nurgle, and they'll all be usable in both the Realms of Chaos and Immortal Empires campaign modes.
What's more, Thrones of Decay will also introduce a new pricing structure wherein you can purchase each Lord separately if you like, with all three also available as part of a discounted bundle.
Your first new Legendary Lord is Elspeth von Draken, a powerful magistrix who also commands a graceful dragon. She comes with a host of new Units and Heroes, too, including the Nuln Imperial Gunnery School and the Legendary Hero Theodore Bruckner.
Next up, it's the Dwarf Malakai Makaisson, and if you pick him up, you'll also get the mobile workshop Spirit of Grungi, as well as the Legendary Hero Garagrim Ironfist.
Nurgle's very own Tamurkhan is the third Legendary Lord in the Thrones of Decay set. He brings the Legendary Hero Kayzk the Befouled with him, as well as various other Units and benefits.
You can check out the trailer for Thrones of Decay, which shows a little of all three of the Lords in action, right here.
No release date has been revealed for any of the Lords included in Thrones of Decay, but Creative Assembly says that you'll be able to enjoy the DLC "this spring", so it shouldn't be too long before it arrives.
The reveal for this DLC comes after Creative Assembly announced it would make changes to existing and future Total War: Warhammer 3 DLC following backlash from fans regarding a perceived lack of content.
Creative Assembly also issued an apology for causing "confusion...frustration, and...distrust" among its community late last year. The developer has apparently also been hit hard by layoffs at Sega Europe, although the studio says it will continue to support its games, including Total War: Warhammer 3.
You can grab Total War: Warhammer 3 right now on PC via Steam. The Thrones of Decay DLC will launch sometime this spring.
