Diablo 4 Overwatch 2 Crossover Moira Skin

With Halloween around the corner, everyone is going dark and spooky, and after the recent release of Diablo 4, Overwatch 2 developer Blizzard has plenty of material.

Specifically, the developer has released a brief teaser trailer on X (formerly Twitter) revealing that Season 7 will be released on October 10 and will be titled "Rise of Darkness."

Perhaps even more interestingly, it ends with the appearance of Lilith from Diablo 4, in what seems to be a skin for Moira.

Further information about the content of Overwatch 2 season 7 "Rise of Darkness" has not been shared, but Blizzard's modus operandi dictates that further teases are likely to come over the next few days.

Usually, the full reveal is made closer to the season's release, so we'll have to wait and see for that. The Launch trailer is slated for October 4

Overwatch 2 was released last year for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. When it launched, it completely replaced its predecessor, Overwatch, which quietly went the day of the dodo.

The game has had a bit of a rollercoaster-like development cycle, as delays were followed by the cancellation of big plans for PvE story content, replacing them with smaller, more focused co-op missions

Lately, we've seen a series of shorts reigniting the narrative of the game, showcasing the origins of its story and the new content Invasion

Of course, we'll keep you posted on the full content of the upcoming season here on TechRaptor as soon as Blizzard reveals it in a few days.
