Today Capcom revealed the "Spooky Party Fighting Pass" for its popular fighting game Street Fighter 6, including the usual costume and plenty more goodies.
You may think that it's a bit too soon for Halloween, but Japanese people enjoy getting into the festive mood bright and early (usually it's a good opportunity to buy stuff) and local companies are happy to oblige.
Game developers are no exception, so Capcom launched this new Fighting Pass that lets unlock free and premium stuff as you earn Kudos depending on whether you like to pay extra or not.
The centerpiece of the fighting pass is avatar gear portraying some sort of cat-clown-zombie-toy hybrid, on top of the 1985 classic game Savage Bees (also known as Exed Exes).
Add to that the usual photo frame, emote, music, stickers, titles, and device wallpaper, and you get the full picture.
The announcement was accompanied by a trailer providing a good look at the costume, which you can enjoy below.
Street Fighter 6 is currently out for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. It has been quite successful right after launch having sold two million copies worldwide.

Recently, the game received the brand-new and rather disturbing character A.K.I. who is pretty much a Halloween celebration all on her own.
More characters will come with Ed and Akuma respectively this Winter and in the Spring in 2024
