A house ready to be flipped in House Flipper 2

Frozen District has shared a brand new House Flipper 2 trailer, and this one's all about the powerful new tools you're getting in the Sandbox mode.

House Flipper 2 was announced last year, and it's set to arrive in December, which means it's officially time to start getting excited about flipping houses once again.

One of the new features you'll have access to in the sequel is the Sandbox mode, which, according to Frozen District, contains the same tools the devs used to build "each and every house" in the game.

Using these tools, you'll be able to create your own houses and quests, then share them with the House Flipper 2 mod community on Mod.io.

Sandbox mode's tools include the ability to build and edit houses, as well as all kinds of ways to generate tasks for players to complete.

Other things you can do in the Sandbox mode include sculpting land, painting walls, and even transforming finished parts of the structure to stretch them out or shrink them.

In short, it looks like Frozen District's tools for Sandbox mode will be pretty in-depth, so if you want to make your own houses and quests, House Flipper 2 has you covered.

If you're late to the House Flipper party, these games are effectively renovation sims in which you rework run-down houses, then sell them for a profit.

All kinds of tasks might need to be completed; you might need to clean filthy interiors, for instance, or get rid of trash build-up outside the house.

Frozen District and PlayWay's first House Flipper game proved a surprisingly successful cult hit, spawning several DLC packs themed around things like pets, luxury items, and even farms, as well as a VR spinoff that found its way to PlayStation VR earlier this year.

House Flipper 2 is scheduled to arrive on PC via Steam on December 14th. Stay tuned for more on this one.
