House Flipper is exactly what it says on the tin; this game is all about buying houses, fixing them up, and selling them for a profit. This game is no stranger to DLC; over the last few years, it added support for gardens, pets, and luxurious new content. Now, another brand-new DLC has been announced -- and this time, you're heading out into the country.
What We Know About the House Flipper Farm Flipper DLC
The House Flipper Farm Flipper DLC adds a bunch of new country-themed content according to a press release. First and foremost is the addition of farms -- not a surprise considering the name of the DLC. But there's more to this content than just a new place to renovate buildings -- you'll also be able to make them bigger with the new house extension mechanic.
Naturally, the devs couldn't pass up the chance to appeal to Farming RPG fans -- you'll be able to plant all sorts of crops on your new homestead. Presumably, this will also include the introduction of new skills associated with farming.
The new farm maps are bigger than much of the other content, but you're not going to have to hoof it -- you'll also be able to hop onto a horse. There will be other animals, too; cows, sheep, chickens, and more will be a part of this DLC.
When is the House Flipper Farm Flipper Release Date?
The House Flipper Farm Flipper DLC release date is sometime in late 2022; a more specific release date has not yet been announced. A price has not yet been announced, either, but all of House Flipper's DLC falls within the $9.99-$14.99 price range, so it will probably be somewhere around that.
