Today, after the awards ceremony of the Arc World Tour 2023, Cygames revealed a new trailer of its fighting game Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.
The trailer focuses on Vane's gameplay. We already knew that Vane would be the next DLC character coming for the game, but today we also learned the release date.
He will be released on April 2, 2024, priced at $7.99, as you can see below. Of course, he's also included in the Character Pass 1.
Vane, the first officer of the Order of the White Dragons appears with his iconic halberd, and he certainly knows how to use it.

We already know that Vane will be followed by another beloved Granblue Fantasy character, Beatrix, in late May, albeit she doesn't have a release date just yet.
The first Character Pass (which recently delivered 2B from NieR: Automata as a guest DLC character) will also include two more unannounced characters in August and October. The character pass is priced at $34.99.
Today we also hear that Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising will be a featured title in the Arc World Tour 2024. It'll also appear at EVO Japan and then at EVO 2024.
Incidentally, today's tournament at the Arc World Tour 2023 was won by Fukunaga, who triumphed in the grand final against Koujicoco.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is currently available for PS5, PS4, and PC. It's an enhanced version of the original Granblue Fantasy Versus featuring a deep gameplay overhaul and four new characters, Grimnir, Nier, Siegfried, and Anila.
