Cygames released a new video about its popular fighting game Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, focusing on the newest DLC character, Lucilius.
The video is basically a guide to Lucilius' moves one day before his release. He will be available as the first DLC of the game's first season pass tomorrow, January 16.

We already know that the first character pass will include a whopping 6 characters.
Lucilius will be followed by 2B from NieR: Automata in late February, then Vane in April, and Beatrix in May. Two more characters will come in August and October, but they have not been announced just yet.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is currently playable for PS5, PS4, and PC.
It's a re-release of the original Granblue Fantasy; Versus. Not only it comes with revised gameplay, but also new characters like Grimnir, Nier, Siegfried, and Anila.
It's basically a second lease on life for Cygames' fighting game, which was originally launched during the height of the pandemic, delivering a considerable hit to the publisher's eSport ambitions.
On the other hand, Versus: Rising appears to be quite successful, and the organizers of a popular tournament had to enforce a cap on participants to avoid being overwhelmed by the high demand.
