Today, during the world finals of the Nations Cup of the GT World Series 2023, Sony and Polyphony Digital revealed a collaboration between Gran Turismo 7 and the Italian luxury brand Bulgari.

The collaboration, which was teased earlier this week, sees the creation of a Vision Gran Turismo car that isn't tied to a car manufacturer, but to a brand that makes watches, jewelry, jewelry, and resorts.

It's a bit weird, but who are we to judge?

If you're unfamiliar with the Vision Gran Turismo concept, it started ten years ago with manufacturers collaborating with Poliphony's engineers to design cars not for the real track, but still rooted in realism.

Like the rest of the bunch, the new "Bulgari Aluminium Vision Gran Turismo" is coming to Gran Turismo 7 in 2024. No specific release date has been provided. The "Aluminium" name is due to the inspiration from a Bulgari watch design.

And yes, if you're wondering, it's "Bulgari." "Bvlgari" is simply a stylization that makes many Italians chuckle. Below you can check out a trailer that already shows the car on PS5 in Gran Turismo 7.

Poliphony Digital and Sony Interactive Entertainment also released a recording of the reveal of the car, with comments from producer Kazunori Yamauchi. You can watch it below.

This is the second Vision Gran Turismo revealed in two days, as yesterday we saw the Genesis X Gran Berlinetta Vision Gran Turismo Concept created in collaboration with Hyundai's luxury brand Genesis Motor.

Incidentally, for those interested in the eSport aspect of this all, the Nations Cup was won by Spain with Jose Serrano, Coque López, and Pol Urra, followed by Japan and Brazil. Yesterday's Manufacturer's Cup was won by Nissan with Ryota Kokubun, Mehdi Hafidi, and Mateo Estevez at the wheel.

Gran Turismo 7 is now available for PS5 and PS4 with PlayStation VR2 support. The game is being updated regularly and recently received the Spec II update.
