Upcoming Genshin Impact five-star Cryo fighter Wriothesley has received his first gameplay demo, and he looks pretty powerful.
The handsome husbando was first revealed in August alongside the equally beautiful Neuvillette, and his character teaser was unveiled last week too, giving us a glimpse into who he is.
Now, however, the gloves are truly off (or not, as the case may be), as the new Genshin Impact Wriothesley trailer gives us a look at what he can do in battle.
In the "Art of Improvisation" trailer, Wriothesley brings his devastating strength to bear against his enemies, with his gauntlets doing most of the talking.
He's somewhat reminiscent of League of Legends' Vi (who you may also have seen in the Netflix show Arcane), albeit much more taciturn and sure of himself.
However, we also see Wriothesley's honorable side, as he extends a hand to the opponents he's beaten so he can help them onto their feet.
At the trailer's climax, Wriothesley is pitted against the robotic Group Justice, which consists of three Clockwork Meka enemies. He pledges to "do some scrap disposal" as the fight begins.
The terrifying extent of Wriothesley's strength is then unleashed on his mechanical opponents as he violently dismantles them before getting in some last cocky remarks at the trailer's conclusion.
Wriothesley will arrive as part of Genshin Impact's 4.1 update cycle, with Neuvillette also joining the roster as part of this version.
You can check out Genshin Impact right now on PC, PlayStation consoles, and mobile devices, where you can play the game for free.
There's also supposedly a Switch version in the works, but we haven't heard anything about that for some time now, so there's a chance it's been canceled or simply put on the back-burner.
Stay tuned for more info about all things Genshin Impact.
