In its rapid fire sequence of trailers, Microsoft has not only demonstrated that it has learned well from Sony to show a new game every five seconds, but also gave us an exceptionally short look at Studio MDHR's Cuphead. This platformer looks as distinct as ever with its mid-1900s, hand drawn animation style with painstakingly accurate imperfections. Playable alone or with a partner as you fight a host of bizarre bosses and unlock new moves, the game will be arriving on Steam and across Windows 10 and Xbox One with a newly announced release date of Sep. 29.

Cuphead has been in the works for several years, and it still looks impeccable and uniquely charming. Will you be playing it on PC or Xbox One later this year? Give us a spot of your opinion in the comments below.
