Microsoft hosted a brand new Developer Direct livestream, with plenty of reveals from its internal studios about upcoming games for Xbox and PC.

The livestreamed event focused on news from MachineGames, Obsidian Entertainment, Ninja Theory, Oxide Games, and more. There's pretty much something for everyone here.

If you couldn't watch the show live, or simply prefer a more digestible format in a single place, here you can find all the trailers, reveals, and announcements for your comfortable perusal.

We start with Obsidian Entertainment and its upcoming RPG Avowed, with more information on combat, quests and player choice, and the world of the game.

We also hear that the game will launch in fall 2024 for PC and Xbox Series X|S, including Game Pass.

The next segment is about Ninja Theory's Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2, as we hear more about the game's state of development which has now reached the final phase.

Ninja Theory also talks about the maturation of Senua as a character and the music of the game.

Lastly, we get a release date, which is May 21, 2024, for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Game Pass.

Visions of Mana from Square Enix is next on the many, following its reveal at The Game Awards. We get to take a good look at the game, its gameplay, combat,  world, and even its concept art.

We learn that the game is coming in summer 2024 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5. Incidentally, the "summer" release window is new. Before today's show, we only knew the 2024 release year.

You can check it out below.

We move on to Oxide Games, providing a bird's eye view of the historical grand strategy game Ara: History Untold. We learn about the philosophy behind the game, the victory conditions, and much more.

Another interesting element showcased is the simultaneous turn system, in which all players make their moves at the same time.

We also get a new release window, which is Fall 2024 for PC and PC Game Pass. You can watch the segment on the recording of the event available on-demand

Finally, MachineGames revealed the first gameplay of Indiana Jones: and the Great Circle.

We also hear from executive producer Todd Howard about his initial pitch to Lucasfilm and excitement for the game.

As you may have expected, the main perspective of the game is first-person, but cutscenes and environmental traversal will be in third-person. We see puzzles, whip gameplay, deadly traps, and the inevitable nazi punching.

The game is set between Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade and MachineGames talks about the music and the heroine Gina, on top of the villain Emmerich Voss.

Lastly, we hear that the game is coming later in 2024 for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Game Pass.
