Hotta Studio and publisher Level Infinite have revealed the Tower of Fantasy update 3.3 release date.
The gacha RPG's new version, which is officially titled "A Sword Dance of Ice", will launch later this month, and it'll bring some appropriately wintry new content with it.
Much like previous updates, version 3.3 will add an entirely new map for you to explore. This time, it's the snow-covered land of Marshville, which was "once an abundant and vibrant land", according to Hotta.
As part of the new "Frost-Covered Marshville" storyline, you'll help Marshville break free of the Darkness encroaching upon it, as well as speeding up the Infinite Sundial's modification.
During your exploration of Marshville, you'll also get the chance to take on a brand new boss.
Xingtian is, according to Hotta, a "well-known, high-ranking Darkness" to whom many people have been sacrificed in order to ensure his continued containment.
You'll get to try your luck in battle against him, so try not to become just another sacrifice, eh?
If you've missed out on the Tower of Fantasy hype, it's a gacha action RPG created by Hotta Studio and published by Level Infinite.
Released for PC and mobile devices back in August 2022, the game subsequently got a PlayStation release earlier this year, too.
In Tower of Fantasy, which will probably look fairly familiar if you've played Genshin Impact, you'll explore the world of Aida, taking on quests in an anime-inspired world and battling all kinds of creatures.
Like in Hoyoverse's game, the gacha system revolves mainly around pulling for characters and weapons, with which you can expand your arsenal and build different team compositions.
Tower of Fantasy is available right now on PC, PlayStation, and mobile. Its 3.3 update launches on October 24th, so make sure to mark your calendar if you're a fan.
