A new Pokemon Presents showcase has been revealed for next week.
The presentation will be the first of its kind since February this year, where we learned about upcoming projects like Pokemon Concierge and got our first glimpse of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC.
It's due to air at 6am Pacific (that's 9am Eastern) on August 8th, which is this coming Tuesday.
According to The Pokemon Company, it'll consist of "35 minutes of Pokemon news and updates", although we don't know exactly what that news will entail yet.
Since we don't yet have a release date for the aforementioned Scarlet and Violet DLC packs, we may well get a date for the first of those, which is currently slated for fall.
Indeed, we're expecting to get more info in general about that first part, which is titled The Teal Mask. We got our first look at some of its areas and content in the June Nintendo Direct, but hopefully, we'll get info about new Pokemon, new areas, and more next week.
Rumors are also currently swirling regarding some of the new Pokemon that could be added in the DLC, including new Paradox Pokemon and potentially also new Convergent species in the same vein as Wiglett or Toedscool.
Of course, the presentation could also contain some surprises, including news of the long-rumored Pokemon Black and White remake or sequel, although don't hold your breath for that one.
We'll discover exactly what's in store for us when next week's Pokemon Presents airs on Tuesday, August 8th, at 9am Eastern.
You can watch the whole presentation on the official Pokemon YouTube channel, and we'll also endeavor to bring you all of the major announcements and news from the presentation here, so make sure to keep an eye on TechRaptor for all things Pokemon-related.
