The Planet Zoo: Europe Pack DLC is set to arrive next week, providing players with 5 new animals, a new scenario, and over 250 new scenery pieces.
Planet Zoo is no stranger to paid DLC content; it's released an Arctic Pack, South America Pack, and Southeast Asia Pack over the years. Naturally, the game has also launched several free updates; most recently, Update 1.7 added new map tools to the game. A brand-new DLC will soon join the roster, adding five adorable animals to the game and a ton of new scenery pieces for you to decorate your zoo with.
What's Coming in the Planet Zoo: Europe Pack?
First and foremost, the Planet Zoo: Europe Pack is going to add five new animals to the game. Purchase this pack and you'll be able to get the Alpine ibex, Eurasian lynx, European fallow deer, European badger, and fire salamander for your zoo.
This pack is also adding a new festive-themed scenario, just in time for the holiday season. A new zoo with three distinctive zones based on France, Italy, and Switzerland will task you with expanding outward and giving your guests the best European-themed zoo experience they can get.
Finally, the zoo decorators out there have a lot to look forward to in this new DLC -- more than 250 new scenery pieces are being added in this pack. These include European foliage and buildings along with several holiday-themed decorations.
When is the Planet Zoo: Europe Pack Release Date?
The Planet Zoo: Europe Pack release date is Tuesday, December 14, 2021 -- that's one week from today! The Steam Store page doesn't yet list a price, but it will probably be $9.99 like the other DLC packs.
Of course, you'll need the base game to enjoy this content; you can buy Planet Zoo for PC starting at $44.99 or your regional equivalent via its official website. Don't forget to add the Planet Zoo: Europe Pack to your wishlist on Steam.
