Bandai Namco has unleashed a new One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 DLC trailer, and this time, it's all about Hybrid Kaido.
The trailer, which follows on from Yamato's trailer earlier this month, sees Hybrid Kaido wrecking hordes of enemies with his brutal, powerful swings.
Using his massive Hassaikai club, Kaido cuts a swathe through his enemies, utilizing vertical and horizontal swings as well as jumping attacks to deal maximum damage.
We also see Kaido charging his club with purple lightning in order to deal extra damage to enemies, after which he uses a running special to take his enemies with him as he swings indiscriminately.
Suffice it to say that Hybrid Kaido isn't going to be the kind of character you use if you're after quick and nimble strikes, but he's got a lot of power behind him. You can check out his trailer here.
Hybrid Kaido is one of nine new DLC characters that are coming to One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. The set started with Gear 5 Luffy earlier this month, followed by Yamato, with Hybrid Kaido rounding out the first pack.
The second pack of three fighters will likely be headlined by Uta, given her silhouette in Bandai Namco's roadmap, although the other two fighters in this pack are unknown.
Similarly, we don't know who's coming in the third pack yet, although our very own Giuseppe's money is on the legendary pirate captain known as Gol D. Roger. The silhouette does look like him, so that would make sense.
In any case, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 Character Pass 2, which contains the aforementioned three DLC characters plus the ones yet to be released, is available for the game now.
While you wait to see who's coming to Bandai Namco's piratical hack-and-slasher next, you can check out our One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 review, which might help you decide whether or not you want to drop some extra cash on these newcomers.
